Welcome to
Chinese Culture Center Online Gallery
With the great success of the Center’s biennial exhibition, Present Tense 2009: Chinese Character, in collaboration with Kearny Street Workshop, we would like to engage the community in a casual, lively, and fun panel discussion regarding the relationship between contemporary art, community building, and public space as a venue for the arts. Among other topics, we will discuss the impact on artists, the community audience, and how exhibitions like Present Tense can bring new and provocative energy into the public scene.
Present Tense Biennial 2009 is funded Grants for the Arts, Tower International, United Commercial Bank, Zellerbach and San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development
Present Tense Biennial 2009 would like to thank the following organizations for collaborative support:
Community Educational Services, Asian American Women Artists Association, Asia Society, Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center, Asian Law Caucus,Chinese for Affirmative Action, Chinatown YMCA, Chinatown Community Development Center, and Community Youth Center.

Thanks for responding. I'm so glad you are interested! I also really like the image you just posted, titled Embrace. Can you tell me what size it is and whether either of these images are framed or not? It would be great if you could stop by before you leave for your trip.
Thanks,
Wendy
My name is Wendy Norwood and I'm the Marketing Manager for the Hilton San Francisco Financial District hotel. I found your artwork online through the Chinese Culture Center, which is located in our hotel. We are putting together an exhibition and we'd like to potentially hang some of your work, specifically the piece titled "Gray Sky". Unfortunately we can't offer any monetary rewards, but we can offer exposure. Please let me know if you are interested in participating.
Best regards,
Wendy Norwood
